Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
Making a jewelry purchase is a big deal and we want you to be sure that what you bought is exactly what you want. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
We do NOT refund:
Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges on return shipments.
Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on:
Custom designed jewelry that we altered or personally made according to a client’s designs.
Engraved or Sized items that we personally altered according to a client’s request.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed In just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Desire My Diamonds), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
How to return your order?
To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
Contact our Customer Service department at 212-730-4854 or email us at email@example.com.
Advise us that you wish to return your order, you will be given a Return Authorization Code.
Within one business day, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured label.
Package your order including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Desire My Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.
All refunds will be processed within 3 days and done in the form of the original purchase method.
You must follow these instructions, Desire My Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
