International Shipping

Customs authorities in your country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

Customs authorities in your country might open and inspect your package. Furthermore, information about your order, shipment and products will be attached with your package; this is part of the customs clearance process.

Making a jewelry purchase is a big deal and we want you to be sure that what you bought is exactly what you want. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

We do NOT refund:

Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges on return shipments.
Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on:
Custom designed jewelry that we altered or personally made according to a client’s designs.
Engraved or Sized items that we personally altered according to a client’s request.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed In just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Desire My Diamonds), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How to return your order?
To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
Contact our Customer Service department at 212-730-4854 or email us at returns@desiremydiamonds.com.
Advise us that you wish to return your order, you will be given a Return Authorization Code.
Within one business day, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured label.

Package your order including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Desire My Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.
All refunds will be processed within 3 days and done in the form of the original purchase method.
You must follow these instructions, Desire My Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Desire My Diamonds will gladly resize your ring at no extra charge for up to two years.
I placed my order. How long until it ships?
Typically, our items ship within 24 hours of completed payment. All of our listed items are available at our facility. If you required special requests such as sizing, engraving or special order, this may cause a delay to your order, usually not longer than two business days
Can you make a custom piece of jewelry?
We manufacture all items listed on our website at our facility in New York City. Many of our items may be customized. Please contact us for details.
Do all your diamond and gemstone rings come with an appraisal?
All diamond and gemstone jewelry over $500 includes an AGI Certificate. Anything less than $500 will include our store appraisal.
